Food Prices in Lampung Monday (15/9): Oil, Red Chili, and Rice Prices Rise

Prices of several food commodities in Lampung today were observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency''s (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (15/9/2025) at 13:18 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 17 increased and 6 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include packaged cooking oil, dried soybean seeds (imported), consumption sugar, large red chili, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as red bird''s eye chili, consumption salt, premium rice, shallots, and garlic bulbs decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Large red chili commodity surged the highest by Rp6,833 (14.69%) to Rp53,333 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of red bird''s eye chili dropped the sharpest by Rp656 (1.55%) to Rp41,586 per kg.

5. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp35,719 per kg (up 1.33%)
6. Shallots: Rp35,015 per kg (down 0.26%)
7. Mackerel: Rp32,565 per kg (down 0.5%)
8. Garlic Bulbs: Rp31,955 per kg (down 0.89%)
9. Skipjack Tuna: Rp29,875 per kg (up 1.13%)
10. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp27,682 per kg (up 0.26%)
11. Milkfish: Rp27,000 per kg (up 0.62%)
