Banten Region Food Prices, Friday (April 4th): What is the Price of Raw Chili Peppers?

The prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (4/4/2025) at 13:51 WIB, out of 25 commodities, 15 commodities increased in price and 10 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include broiler chicken, granulated sugar, dry soybean (import), farmer-level corn, and SPHP rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as curly red chilies, pure beef, large red chilies, bulk cooking oil, and red chili peppers decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The commodity with the highest price increase is wheat flour (bulk), up by Rp710 (7.59%) to Rp10,063 per kg. The commodity with the largest price decrease is curly red chilies, down by Rp20,692 (26.19%) to Rp58,308 per kg.
