Complete List of Food Prices in Central Java Today, What's the Price of Chicken Meat? (Monday, April 8, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Monday (8/4/2024) at 09.18 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include curly red chilies, broiler chicken meat, dry soybean (import), bulk wheat flour, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken eggs, granulated sugar, medium rice, milkfish, and garlic cloves decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chilies saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp3,520 (8.58%) to Rp44,560 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of corn at the farmer level saw the lowest decrease, dropping Rp650 (9.7%) to Rp6,050 per kg.

9. Milkfish: Rp33,080 per kg (down 1.34%)
