Lampung Region's Current Food Prices: Prices of Oil, Rice, and Eggs Drop

The price of several food commodities in Lampung today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (17/5/2024) at 13:45 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include simple packaged cooking oil, pure beef, red chilies, curly red chilies, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk wheat flour, farmer-level corn, milkfish, dry soybean (import), and premium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp2,470 (6.62%), reaching Rp39,790 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of dry soybean (import) decreased the least, by Rp270 (2.25%), reaching Rp11,710 per kg.
