Finance Minister: Disbursement of ASN THR Payments Almost 100% Complete

Finance Minister Sri Mulyani reported that the disbursement of the Religious Holiday Allowance (THR) for civil servants (ASN), the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), and the Indonesian National Police (Polri) had reached Rp35.38 trillion as of Tuesday (April 2, 2024) at 1:00 PM WIB.

“Generally, the disbursement of THR for ASN/TNI/POLRI and pensioners has been almost 100% distributed,” wrote Sri Mulyani on her personal Instagram account on Tuesday (April 2, 2024).

The state treasurer detailed that the THR disbursement for central government ASN, TNI/Polri had reached Rp15.55 trillion for 2.08 million employees/personnel. This amount has been paid by 13,205 working units (satker) or 99.96%.

Of this amount, it is divided into: THR for civil servants (PNS) totaling Rp8.40 trillion for 1.03 million employees; THR for government employees with employment contracts (PPPK) Rp347.63 billion for 79,455 employees; THR for Polri Rp3.42 trillion for 474,141 personnel; and THR for TNI personnel Rp3 trillion for 492,701 personnel.

Next, the realization of THR for pensioners amounted to Rp11.33 trillion for 3.5 million people. This has been realized at 99.76% of the total recipients.

Disbursement through PT Taspen reached Rp9.98 trillion for 3.07 million pensioners (99.97%) and PT ASABRI amounted to Rp1.34 trillion for 476,067 pensioners (98.32%).

Meanwhile, for regional PNS, the THR that has been disbursed from the regional government (pemda) amounted to Rp8.55 trillion for 1.59 million employees. The number of regional governments that have disbursed THR is 290 regional governments, or only 53.51%.

“It is hoped that THR and the 13th-month salary will increase people's purchasing power and boost economic activity,” wrote Sri Mulyani.
