Jambi Region Food Prices Wednesday (11/12): Chili Prices Up, Onion Prices Down

The price of several food commodities in Jambi today is observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (11/12/2024) at 11:44 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 2 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include curly red chilies, red chilies, broiler chicken, mackerel, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as garlic cloves and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp1,370 (5.76%) to Rp25,150 per kg. Meanwhile, garlic cloves experienced the largest price decrease of Rp1,180 (2.99%) to Rp38,320 per kg.
