10 Provinces with the Highest Prices for Branded Packaged Cooking Oil (Friday, July 8, 2022)

The National Strategic Food Price Information Center recorded an average daily price of Rp 26,270 per kg for branded packaged cooking oil (type 1) in modern markets across several provinces as of Friday, July 8, 2022. Overall, the average price this week increased compared to last week's average of Rp 21,770 per kg.

The daily price of branded packaged cooking oil (type 1) in modern markets in Bengkulu was the highest in Indonesia at Rp 30,700 per kg. Compared to a month ago, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (type 1) in this province remained unchanged. The highest price ever recorded in this region is Rp 30,700 per kg.

Meanwhile, in modern markets in Papua, branded packaged cooking oil (type 1) was sold at Rp 29,800 per kg, making it the second most expensive in the country.

Then, in third place, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (type 1) was Rp 29,300 per kg in Southeast Sulawesi, Rp 29,250 per kg in Maluku, and Rp 29,000 per kg in DKI Jakarta.

Meanwhile, 19 provinces had sales of branded packaged cooking oil (type 1) below the national average. The three provinces with the lowest selling prices for branded packaged cooking oil (type 1) were Central Java, North Kalimantan, and Riau Islands.
