The price of fresh daily broiler chicken in Jambi Province's modern markets has increased by 19.49% over the past month.

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of fresh broiler chicken in Jambi Province's modern markets is recorded at Rp53,650 per kg. This price remains unchanged compared to the previous day and the last week.

However, compared to the last month, the daily price of fresh broiler chicken in modern markets has increased from the previous record of Rp44,900 per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily price of fresh broiler chicken in modern markets in Jambi over the last three months has shown a 0% decrease. According to historical food price records in the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of fresh broiler chicken in Jambi Province's modern markets is traded at Rp53,650 per kg.

The highest price increase for daily fresh broiler chicken in the province's modern markets was previously recorded in January 2018 with an increase of 42.16%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in September 2023 with a decrease of -23.85%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Jambi show two commodities decreased and 25 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are Low-Grade I Rice and Medium-Grade I Rice.
