Today's Food Prices in Jambi: Chili and Oil Prices Rise

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (11/03/2025) at 12.20 WIB, out of 22 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include shallots, bulk cooking oil, tongkol fish, kembung fish, and packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk wheat flour, chicken eggs, large red chilies, SPHP rice, and broiler chicken decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices increased the most, by Rp2,308 (2.74%) to Rp86,577 per kg. Large red chili prices decreased the most, by Rp4,300 (13.48%) to Rp27,600 per kg.
