Today's Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Red Chili, Bird's Eye Chili, and Chicken Meat Prices Rise

Prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Tuesday (October 7, 2025) at 12:14 PM WIB, out of 21 commodities, 8 increased and 4 decreased.

Commodities with price increases are curly red chili, skipjack tuna, red onion, large red chili, and broiler chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as mackerel, packaged cooking oil, pure beef, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chili prices jumped the highest by Rp1,360 (2.03%) to Rp68,235 per kg. Meanwhile, milkfish prices dropped the sharpest by Rp895 (1.93%) to Rp45,438 per kg.
