Complete List of Food Prices in South Sumatra Today, What's the Price of Onions? (Wednesday, January 24, 2024)

Prices of several food commodities in South Sumatra today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (24/1/2024) at 09.26 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), garlic cloves, bulk cooking oil, iodized fine salt, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chili peppers, pure beef, broiler chicken, premium rice, and dry soybean seeds (import) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of chicken eggs saw the highest increase of Rp1,210 (4.54%) to Rp27,860 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of pure beef saw the lowest decrease of Rp7,380 (5.44%) to Rp128,300 per kg.
