Today's Food Prices in Bali March 13: Red Chili Up, Bird's Eye Chili Down

Several food commodity prices in Bali today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Quoting data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Friday (March 13, 2026) at 1:56 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 5 increased and 2 decreased.

Commodities that saw price increases are shallots, loose granulated sugar, curly red chili, large red chili, and Honan garlic.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as broiler chicken meat and red bird's eye chili decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Large red chili commodity had the highest increase of Rp654 (1.86%) to Rp35,802 per kg. As for red bird's eye chili, it had the deepest decrease of Rp1,247 (1.4%) to Rp87,926 per kg.

9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,034 per liter (unchanged)
