The daily price of low-quality rice at Jambi Province's modern markets has decreased by 6.86% over the past month.

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 4:23 PM WIB, the daily price of low-quality grade I rice in Jambi province's modern markets showed no change compared to the previous day or the past week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of low-quality grade I rice in modern markets has decreased from the previous record of Rp13,850 per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily price of low-quality grade I rice in Jambi's modern markets over the past three months has fallen by 7.19%. According to historical food price records on the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of low-quality grade I rice in Jambi province's modern markets is traded at Rp13,900 per kg.

The highest record for the daily price of low-quality grade I rice in modern markets in this province was previously recorded in December 2017 with a 900% increase, and the lowest decrease was recorded in November 2017 with a -89.64% decrease.

According to PIHPS monitoring, today's prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) in Jambi show six commodities decreased and 22 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are Grade 2 Beef, Grade I Medium Rice, Grade I Super Rice, Chicken Meat, Fresh Broiler Chicken, and Grade I Low-Quality Rice.

The following are the prices of nine basic commodities monitored by PIHPS today compared to price changes over the past month in Jambi province:

2. Cooking Oil per kg: Rp20,900 per kg (up 8.01%)
3. Granulated Sugar per kg: Rp18,450 per kg (up 1.1%)
4. Branded Cooking Oil Package 2 per kg: Rp20,200 per kg (up 9.78%)
5. Shallots per kg: Rp40,400 per kg (up 12.53%)
6. Medium-Sized Garlic per kg: Rp49,750 per kg (up 12.3%)
7. Premium Quality Granulated Sugar per kg: Rp18,700 per kg (up 1.36%)
8. Chili per kg: Rp89,850 per kg (up 65.32%)
9. Grade 2 Beef per kg: Rp129,900 per kg (down 4.42%)
10. Medium-Sized Shallots per kg: Rp40,400 per kg (up 12.53%)
11. Grade I Medium Rice per kg: Rp15,700 per kg (down 0.95%)
12. Grade II Medium Rice per kg: Rp15,050 per kg (up 0.33%)
13. Grade I Super Rice per kg: Rp17,850 per kg (down 0.28%)
