Lampung Region Food Prices, Monday (September 16th): What's the Price of Chicken?

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (16/9/2024) at 14.41 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include curly red chilies, dry soybean (import), red chili peppers, bulk wheat flour, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as fine iodized salt, skipjack tuna, simple packaged cooking oil, bulk cooking oil, and chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili peppers saw the highest price increase of Rp2,840 (7.52%) to Rp40,620 per kg. The price of skipjack tuna decreased the most sharply by Rp240 (0.83%) to Rp28,530 per kg.
