Today's Food Prices in Jambi Region: Beef Prices Up, Onion Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Saturday (16/11/2024) at 08.03 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include pure beef, skipjack tuna, dry soybean (import), curly red chilies, and Indian mackerel.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, simple packaged cooking oil, bulk cooking oil, milkfish, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of Indian mackerel increased the most by Rp780 (2.23%) to Rp35,790 per kg. The price of milkfish decreased the most sharply by Rp5,170 (17.14%) to Rp25,000 per kg.
