Current Food Prices in Bali: Prices of Onions, Chicken, and Chilies Decrease

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (10/7/2024) at 15.37 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include bulk cooking oil, garlic bulbs, SPHP rice, red chilies, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as dry soybean (import), pure beef, bulk wheat flour, broiler chicken, and simple packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp3,390 (7.88%) to Rp46,430 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of curly red chilies decreased the most, by Rp4,320 (10.97%) to Rp35,060 per kg.
