Latest Food Prices in East Kalimantan: Oil Up, Salt Down (Monday, January 15, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in East Kalimantan today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (15/1/2024) at 17.57 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 18 commodities increased and 2 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include garlic bulbs, chicken eggs, premium rice, shallots, and bulk cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies and iodized fine salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk cooking oil saw the highest price increase of Rp2,400 (16.94%) to Rp16,570 per liter. Iodized fine salt had the lowest price decrease of Rp880 (8.26%) to Rp9,770 per kg.
