Today's Food Prices (Feb 3) in Jambi: Red Chili and Chicken Meat Prices Rise

Prices of several food commodities in Jambi today were observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Necessity Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (Feb 3, 2026) at 3:18 PM WIB, out of 15 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 1 commodity decreased.

The commodities with increased prices are large red chili, premium rice, curly red chili, and broiler chicken meat.

Meanwhile, only red cayenne pepper decreased compared to yesterday's price.

The large red chili commodity surged the highest by Rp4,000 (11.68%) to Rp38,250 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of red cayenne pepper decreased the sharpest by Rp1,666 (2.51%) to Rp64,667 per kg.
