Latest Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Chicken Meat Up, Salt Down

Prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency''s (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (September 14, 2025) at 10:58 AM WIB, out of 21 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 13 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are broiler chicken meat, medium rice, bulk wheat flour, and Minyakita.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken eggs, skipjack tuna, consumption salt, premium rice, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Broiler chicken meat saw the highest increase of Rp1,101 (2.86%) to Rp39,563 per kg. As for consumption salt, its price dropped most sharply by Rp1,107 (8.78%) to Rp11,500 per kg.

5. Red Cayenne Pepper: Rp44,357 per kg (down 6.62%)
6. Shallots: Rp44,286 per kg (down 5.34%)
7. Skipjack Tuna: Rp42,308 per kg (down 3.51%)
8. Mackerel: Rp41,538 per kg (stable)
9. Garlic Bulb: Rp40,357 per kg (down 5.04%)
10. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp39,563 per kg (up 2.86%)
11. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp27,813 per kg (down 0.67%)
12. Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp20,600 per liter (down 1.23%)
13. Bulk Cooking Oil: Rp19,000 per liter (stable)
