Today's Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Cooking Oil Up, Salt Down

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (25/9/2024) at 15.21 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are medium-grain rice, Indian mackerel, bulk cooking oil, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, packaged cooking oil, bulk wheat flour, granulated sugar, and red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk cooking oil experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,410 (8.98%) to Rp17,120 per liter. Meanwhile, iodized fine salt saw the sharpest price decrease of Rp1,380 (11.86%) to Rp10,260 per kg.
