Daily Prices of Curly Red Chilies at Traditional Markets in North Kalimantan Province Increased by 5.94% in the Last Month

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 2:44 PM WIB, the daily price of curly red chilies in North Kalimantan's traditional markets increased by Rp1,250 compared to the previous day, reaching Rp66,900.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of curly red chilies in traditional markets has increased from Rp63,150.

Meanwhile, the daily price of curly red chilies in traditional markets in North Kalimantan over the past three months has decreased by 5.31%. According to historical food price records on the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of curly red chilies in North Kalimantan's traditional markets was traded at Rp70,650.

The highest recorded increase in the daily price of curly red chilies in the province's traditional markets was in December 2022, with a 53.29% increase, while the lowest decrease was also recorded in December 2022, at -31.9%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, today's prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) in North Kalimantan show one commodity decreased and five others increased. The commodity with a price decrease is Grade II Medium Rice.
