Central Kalimantan Food Price Update Today: Onion and Chicken Prices Down (Wednesday, January 17, 2024)

Prices of several food commodities in Central Kalimantan today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (17/1/2024) at 14.44 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are skipjack tuna, milkfish, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, Indian mackerel, bulk cooking oil, garlic bulbs, and red chilies have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish experienced the highest price increase of Rp360 (1.14%) to Rp32,060 per kg. Meanwhile, Indian mackerel experienced the lowest price decrease of Rp610 (1.36%) to Rp44,080 per kg.
