Latest Food Prices in Bali Region: Red Chili Up, Onion Down

Prices of several food commodities in Bali today were observed to be lower compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Tuesday (9/9/2025) at 15.06 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 9 increased and 12 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices were red bird''s eye chili, broiler eggs, SPHP rice, dried soybean (imported), and corn at the farmer level.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as consumption salt, garlic bulbs, mackerel, curly red chili, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Large red chili saw the highest increase of Rp1,323 (4.66%) to Rp29,714 per kg. Red onion prices experienced the deepest decrease of Rp1,220 (3.57%) to Rp32,976 per kg.

6. Curly Red Chili: Rp32,889 per kg (down 1.04%)
7. Red Bird''s Eye Chili: Rp31,571 per kg (up 3.0%)
8. Skipjack Tuna: Rp31,563 per kg (down 0.98%)
9. Garlic Bulbs: Rp30,619 per kg (down 0.25%)
10. Large Red Chili: Rp29,714 per kg (up 4.66%)
11. Broiler Eggs: Rp27,652 per kg (up 0.28%)
