Fresh Chicken Egg Prices in Maluku Increased by 7.14% in a Week

Fresh chicken egg prices in Maluku reached Rp 36,000 per kg on Friday, November 25, 2022. Compared to other regions, this is the highest price increase in the last week.

According to daily monitoring of staple food commodity prices from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center, fresh chicken egg prices in Maluku have increased by 7.14% in the last week.

Compared to prices 30 days prior, fresh chicken egg prices in this region have also increased by 7.14%.

However, over the past year, the selling price of fresh chicken eggs in Maluku's modern markets has actually decreased. The previous highest record reached Rp 38,850 per kg.

From January to November 2022, fresh chicken egg prices in modern markets have steadily increased, rising 7.14% compared to the previous month.
