Current Food Prices in DKI Jakarta Region: Oil, Chili, and Chicken Prices Rise

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Wednesday (July 30, 2025) at 09:56 AM WIB, out of 21 commodities, 15 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include bulk cooking oil, premium rice, pure beef, large red chili, and Minyakita.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as consumption sugar, dried soybean seeds (imported), consumption salt, shallots, and broiler chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chili commodity jumped the highest by Rp10,000 (22.22%) to Rp55,000 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of dried soybean seeds (imported) decreased the deepest by Rp9,600 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.

5. Tongkol Fish: Rp48,571 per kg (up 11.02%)
6. Garlic Bulb: Rp47,571 per kg (up 6.41%)
7. Shallots: Rp47,500 per kg (down 6.1%)
8. Milkfish: Rp47,429 per kg (up 4.38%)
9. Mackerel Scad: Rp45,714 per kg (up 7.56%)
10. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp37,500 per kg (up 1.52%)
11. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp28,333 per kg (down 2.7%)
