Price of Grade Bawah I Rice in Traditional Markets for February 2025-2026 Period

According to the latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS) panel, the daily price of Grade Bawah I rice in traditional markets of East Java province is recorded at Rp13,35 thousand. This price remains unchanged compared to the previous day as well as in the last week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of Grade Bawah I rice in traditional markets has not changed from the previously recorded Rp13,35 thousand.

Meanwhile, the daily price of Grade Bawah I rice in traditional markets in East Java has decreased by 1.11% in the last three months. Based on historical food price records from the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of Grade Bawah I rice in traditional markets of East Java province was traded at Rp13,5 thousand.

The record increase in the daily price of Grade Bawah I rice in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in December 2019 with an increase of 41.18%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in December 2019 with a decrease of -29.51%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the price of nine staple foods (sembako) today in East Java shows that 12 commodities decreased and 18 others increased. The sembako with decreasing prices are Chicken Eggs, Medium-sized Shallots, Garlic, Shallots, Medium-sized Garlic, Fresh Free-range Chicken Eggs, Premium Quality Granulated Sugar, Local Granulated Sugar, Curly Red Chili, Red Chili, Granulated Sugar, and Large Red Chili.
