Approximately 95% of this year's cases are disputes regarding the House of Representatives (DPR) and Regional Representative Council (DPRD) elections, while 4% concern the Regional Representatives Council (DPD) elections, and 1% concern the Presidential-Vice Presidential elections.

Detailed by region, the most DPR/DPRD election disputes originated from Central Papua Province.

Numerous similar cases also came from Aceh Province, South Sumatra Province, Papua Province, West Java Province, East Java Province, Highland Papua Province, North Maluku Province, and Maluku Province, with the numbers as shown in the graph.

Outside the nine provinces mentioned above, DPR/DPRD election result disputes were also recorded in 26 other provinces, each with fewer than 10 disputes.

Only two provinces had no such disputes: Bali and East Nusa Tenggara.

However, until Sunday, March 24, 2024, Perludem noted that 25 DPR/DPRD election dispute cases still had unidentified origins.
