Per capita weekly expenditure on sweetened condensed milk in Takalar Regency: Rp625.29

The average expenditure of residents in Takalar Regency for purchasing sweetened condensed milk in 2023 was Rp625.29 per capita per week. This figure is lower than the previous year's expenditure, which was recorded at Rp626.11 per capita per week.

Average per capita expenditure refers to the cost incurred for the consumption of all household members over a month, including purchases, gifts, and self-produced goods, divided by the number of household members. Household consumption is categorized into food and non-food consumption, regardless of the origin of the goods, and is limited to household needs only, excluding consumption/expenditure for business purposes or given to other parties.

Expenditure on food consumption is calculated weekly, while non-food consumption is calculated monthly and for the past 12 months. Both food and non-food consumption are then converted into average monthly expenditure. According to a publication by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), the average per capita expenditure in this regency reached Rp1.14 million per capita per month in March 2023. This figure increased by 13.83% compared to March 2022, which was Rp1.01 million per capita per month.
