Bali Food Prices Monday (May 13th): Prices of Oil, Rice, and Onions Drop

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 2:46 PM WIB, out of 20 commodities, 7 commodities increased in price and 13 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include shallots, chicken eggs, granulated sugar, pure beef, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), bulk wheat flour, dry soybean (import), premium rice, and shallots have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of skipjack tuna increased the most by Rp1,180 (4.8%) to Rp25,770 per kg. The price of milkfish decreased the most by Rp1,930 (4.99%) to Rp36,770 per kg.
