Today's Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Prices of Oil, Chilies, and Rice Drop

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Thursday (20/02/2025) at 10:16 WIB, out of 22 commodities, 9 commodities increased in price and 11 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include shallots, packaged wheat flour, chicken eggs, premium rice, and Minyakita.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, red chilies, bulk wheat flour, curly red chilies, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Table salt experienced the highest price increase, up by Rp450 (4.0%) to Rp11,700 per kg. Curly red chilies saw the sharpest price drop, down Rp3,971 (7.03%) to Rp52,500 per kg.
