Price of Grade 1 Beef in Traditional Markets March 2025-2026 Period

According to the latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel, the daily price of Grade 1 beef in traditional markets in Central Java province is recorded at Rp132.5 thousand. This price remains unchanged compared to the previous day, just like the price trend over the past week.

Meanwhile, compared to the past month, the daily price of Grade 1 beef in traditional markets has decreased from the previously recorded Rp132.6 thousand .

Over the past three months in Central Java, the daily price of Grade 1 beef in traditional markets has fallen by 0.15%. Based on historical food price records from the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of Grade 1 beef in traditional markets in Central Java province was traded at Rp132.7 thousand.

The record increase in the daily price of Grade 1 beef in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in May 2021 with an increase of 9.03%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in July 2017 with a decrease of -5.71%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, among the nine staple foods (sembako) tracked today in Central Java, 11 commodities have decreased in price and 18 have increased. The staple foods with price decreases are Fresh Broiler Chicken Meat, Red Cayenne Pepper, Medium I Quality Rice, Green Cayenne Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Curly Red Chili, Large Red Chili, Chicken Meat, Lower I Quality Rice, Grade 2 Beef, and Red Chili.
