West Sumatra Food Prices, Tuesday (March 11th): What's the Price of Onions?

The prices of several food commodities in West Sumatra today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (11/03/2025) at 13:13 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include SPHP rice, pure beef, skipjack tuna, packaged wheat flour, and dry soybean (import).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, packaged cooking oil, red chili, granulated sugar, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of mackerel increased the most by Rp1,140 (2.25%) to Rp51,776 per kg. The price of red chili decreased the most by Rp3,626 (8.5%) to Rp39,046 per kg.
