President Prabowo appointed Liliek Prisbawono Adi as a Judge of the Constitutional Court (MK), replacing Anwar Usman. The inauguration took place at Istana Mereka, Jakarta, on Friday (10/4/2026).

This decision refers to Presidential Decree No. 36/P of 2026.

"By Allah, I swear that I will fulfill my duties as a constitutional judge to the best of my ability and with the utmost fairness, upholding the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia," said Liliek while reciting the oath of office, as reported by Katadata.

"And to enforce all legislative regulations in accordance with the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, and to serve my country and people," added Liliek.

Before being appointed as a MK Judge, he served as a High Court Judge at the Medan District Court since April 19, 2024.

According to the KPK's State Official Wealth Report (LHKPN), Liliek had a wealth of Rp5.94 billion in 2025, with the reporting date being January 15, 2026.

Most of his wealth came from four pieces of land and houses worth Rp5.28 billion, located in Central Jakarta, East Jakarta, Bekasi, and Semarang.

Liliek was also reported to own transportation worth Rp756 million. These vehicles included four units of cars, namely a Suzuki Minibus (2013), a Ford Fiesta (2014), a Toyota Voxy (2019), and a Nissan Kicks e-Power (2021).

In addition, there was cash and cash equivalents worth Rp97.35 trillion, as well as other movable assets worth Rp4.5 million.

As of the end of 2025, this MK Judge was recorded as having debts of Rp190 million.
