Daily Prices of Large Red Chilies in Modern Markets of Central Kalimantan Province Increased by 13.8% in the Last Month

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 08:23 WIB, the daily price of large red chilies in modern markets in Central Kalimantan Province has not changed compared to the previous day, similar to the price trend over the past week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of large red chilies in modern markets has increased from the previously recorded Rp72,450 per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily price of large red chilies in modern markets in Central Kalimantan over the past three months has decreased by 1.2%. According to historical food price records in the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of large red chilies in modern markets in Central Kalimantan Province is traded at Rp83,450 per kg.

The record high for the daily price of large red chilies in modern markets in this province was previously recorded in June 2022 with an increase of 107.62%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in May 2020 with a decrease of -51.58%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Central Kalimantan show three commodities decreased and 15 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1, Cooking Oil, and Chicken Eggs.
