Deputy Minister of Finance, Suahasil Nazara, said that the realization of transfers to regions (TKD) as of January 31, 2026 amounted to Rp95.3 trillion.

This realization includes regular TKD and special TKD for regions affected by disasters in Sumatra Island, namely Aceh Province, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra.

Aceh (19 local governments)

Allocation: IDR 23.77 trillion
Realization: IDR 3.09 trillion (13% of the allocation)

North Sumatra (18 local governments)

Allocation: IDR 23.75 trillion
Realization: IDR 4.14 trillion (17.4%)

West Sumatra (17 local governments)

Allocation: IDR 15.18 trillion
Realization: IDR 2.60 trillion (17.1%)

Suahasil added that the central government also prepared an additional TKD allocation of Rp10.65 trillion for 67 regions in Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra provinces.

"Starting next week, the disaster-affected regions will begin receiving their additional TKD, in addition to the regular TKD," he explained at a press conference in Jakarta on Monday (23/2/2026).
