Indonesian Government Has Disbursed Rp110 Trillion for Economic Stimulus in 2025

The Indonesian government has disbursed IDR 110.7 trillion for economic stimulus package policies throughout 2025.

According to the Ministry of Finance, this policy aims to maintain people's purchasing power and support economic growth.

This stimulus package policy is provided in various forms, such as electricity discounts and ticket discounts during Christmas and New Year.

Here are the details of the realization of the economic stimulus package throughout 2025:

Stimulus Package I (January-February 2025): IDR 33.3 trillion

• Electricity discount
• Government-borne Value Added Tax (VAT DTP) for housing
• Government-borne VAT (VAT DTP) for airplane tickets
• Access to job loss insurance (JKP)
• Financing for labor-intensive industries
• Automotive incentives

Stimulus Package II (June-July 2025): IDR 24.4 trillion

• Transportation fare discount
• Toll fare discount
• Strengthening social assistance
• Wage subsidy assistance and food assistance
• Discount on work accident insurance (JKK) contributions

Stimulus Package III (September 2025): IDR 15.6 trillion

• Discount on JKK and death insurance (JKM) contributions
• Income Tax Article 21 for the tourism sector
• Food assistance
• Extension of the 0.5% final income tax period for MSME taxpayer

Stimulus Package IV (October-December 2025): IDR 37.4 trillion

• Internship program
• Temporary direct cash assistance (BLTS)
• Christmas and New Year ticket discounts
