32,500 Indonesian Youth Facilitated as Entrepreneurship Cadres in 2024

According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora), in 2024 there were 32,500 young people who became entrepreneurship cadres. These cadres were provided with various facilities to support their businesses.

These facilities are referenced in Article 27 of Law Number 40 of 2009 concerning Youth. This article states that the development of youth entrepreneurship is carried out through training, apprenticeships, guidance, mentoring, partnerships, promotion, and/or assistance with access to capital.

The entrepreneurship facility that absorbed the most cadres was the Entrepreneurship Training of Facilitators (ToF). This was followed by technical guidance on entrepreneurship and the Pesantrenpreneur program.

The following is a complete data of the number of young people facilitated as entrepreneurship cadres in 2024:

• Entrepreneurship ToF: 24,168 young people
• Technical guidance on entrepreneurship: 4,050 young people
• Pesantrenpreneur: 1,700 young people
• Fostering interest in youth entrepreneurship: 1,508 young people
• Development of Indonesian entrepreneurship: 360 young people
• Digital marketing training and certification: 300 young people
• Facilitation of young aspiring entrepreneurs: 224 young people
• Technical guidance for underprivileged youth (development of extremely poor young entrepreneurs): 90 young people
• Youth entrepreneurship centers: 50 young people
• High-achieving young entrepreneurs: 50 young people
