Indonesia's 10 Richest Amidst IHSG Plunge in Early April 2025

The Indonesian Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) plummeted in early April 2025 after US President Donald Trump announced trade tariff policies that burdened many countries. This stock market turmoil also affected the net worth of Indonesian conglomerates.

Based on data from Forbes Real Time Billionaires, as of 1 PM WIB on Thursday, April 10, 2025, Prajogo Pangestu had fallen from the top spot to fourth place in the list of Indonesia's richest people.

Low Tuck Kwong then rose to become the nation's richest person. The founder of PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN) is recorded as having a net worth of US$26.9 billion, equivalent to Rp453.53 trillion (assuming Rp16,860 per US$).

Below him are the Hartono brothers: Robert Budi Hartono with a net worth of US$20.2 billion (Rp340.57 trillion) and Michael Hartono with US$19.4 billion (Rp327.08 trillion).

There is also Mariana Budiman, ranked eighth and the richest woman in Indonesia. The Co-Founder and President Commissioner of PT DCI (DCII) has a net worth of US$4.8 billion, or approximately Rp80.92 trillion.
