Latest Food Prices in Lampung: How Much is Chili?

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 2:18 PM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 11 commodities increased in price and 12 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include farmer-level corn, chicken eggs, milkfish, packaged wheat flour, and packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as garlic bulbs, table salt, red chilies, mackerel, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Farmer-level corn experienced the highest price increase of Rp155 (2.53%) to Rp6,275 per kg. Red chilies saw the largest price decrease of Rp852 (1.43%) to Rp58,781 per kg.
