Jambi Food Prices on Friday (August 30th): Onion Prices Up, Chili Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (30/8/2024) at 13:29 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 2 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

The commodities that increased in price are shallots and garlic cloves.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, skipjack tuna, medium rice, red chilies, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots experienced the highest price increase of Rp200 (0.99%) to Rp20,400 per kg. Milkfish prices, on the other hand, decreased the most, by Rp720 (2.34%) to Rp30,050 per kg.
