Latest Jambi Region Food Prices: What's the Price of Red Chili Peppers?

Food prices in Jambi today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Thursday (17/4/2025) at 11:17 WIB, out of 25 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are packaged wheat flour, bulk cooking oil, curly red chilies, pure beef, and fresh buffalo meat (local).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as garlic bulbs, medium rice, premium rice, skipjack tuna, and frozen buffalo meat (imported) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk cooking oil saw the highest price increase of Rp110 (0.64%) to Rp17,218 per liter. Large red chilies saw the sharpest price drop of Rp1,500 (2.57%) to Rp56,833 per kg.
