The average expenditure of people in Semarang Regency for purchasing cooking oil (palm oil, sunflower oil) in 2023 was Rp3,936.18 per capita per week. This figure is lower than the previous year's expenditure, which was recorded at Rp4,462.11 per capita per week.

Per capita average expenditure is the cost incurred for the consumption of all household members over a month, whether from purchases, gifts, or self-production, divided by the number of household members. Household consumption is differentiated into food and non-food consumption, regardless of the origin of the goods, and is limited to household needs only, excluding consumption/expenditure for business purposes or given to other parties.
