Latest Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Rice Prices Up, Onions Down

Prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Referring to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Tuesday (August 26, 2025) at 11:18 AM WIB, out of 21 commodities, 14 increased and 7 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include milkfish, premium rice, broiler chicken meat, skipjack tuna, and medium rice.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as Minyakita cooking oil, dried soybeans (imported), garlic, large red chilies, and bulk wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Mackerel fish prices saw the highest increase of Rp2,108 (5.01%) to Rp44,167 per kg. Meanwhile, dried soybeans (imported) prices had the sharpest decrease of Rp9,600 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.
