Today's Food Prices (30/12) in DKI Jakarta: Red Chili and Onion Prices Drop

Prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

According to data from the Ministry of Trade's Staple Food Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (30/12/2025) at 14:44 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 4 increased and 7 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are bulk palm cooking oil, premium packaged palm cooking oil, bulk granulated sugar, and beef hindquarter.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as medium rice, broiler chicken meat, large red chili, red cayenne pepper, and curly red chili decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk palm cooking oil commodity saw the highest jump of Rp66 (0.34%) to Rp19,533 per liter. The price of large red chili experienced the sharpest drop of Rp1,917 (3.28%) to Rp56,500 per kg.

5. Red Onion: Rp47,500 per kg (down 2.06%)
6. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp41,117 per kg (down 0.24%)
7. Honan Garlic: Rp39,917 per kg (down 0.13%)
8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp31,700 per kg (stable)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp22,550 per liter (up 0.22%)
10. Bulk Palm Cooking Oil: Rp19,533 per liter (up 0.34%)
11. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp18,275 per kg (up 0.27%)
12. Premium Rice: Rp16,503 per kg (stable)
