Aceh Region's Latest Food Prices: Chili Prices Up, Onion Prices Down (Tuesday, January 23, 2024)

The price of several food commodities in Aceh today is observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Tuesday (23/1/2024) at 15:39 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include premium rice, simple packaged cooking oil, dry soybean (import), red chili peppers, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, mackerel, shallots, milkfish, and broiler chicken decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili peppers saw the highest price increase of Rp580 (1.78%) to Rp33,130 per kg. Shallots saw the lowest price decrease of Rp350 (0.92%) to Rp37,580 per kg.
