Curly Red Chili Prices in Traditional Markets March 2025-2026 Period

Based on the latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel, the daily curly red chili price in traditional markets of Lampung Province is recorded at Rp25,75 thousand. This price decreased by Rp150 compared to the previous day.

Meanwhile, compared to the last month, the daily curly red chili price in traditional markets has decreased from the previously recorded Rp38 thousand.

In the last three months, the daily curly red chili price in traditional markets in Lampung has dropped by 11.21%. According to historical food price records from the PIHPS price panel, the daily curly red chili price in traditional markets of Lampung Province was traded at Rp29 thousand.

The record increase in daily curly red chili prices in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in May 2021 with a 62.64% increase, and the lowest decrease was recorded in May 2021 with a -39.09% decrease.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine staple foods in Lampung today show that six commodities decreased and seven others increased. The staple foods with price decreases are Medium-sized Garlic, Large Red Chili, Green Bird's Eye Chili, Curly Red Chili, Fresh Broiler Chicken Meat, and Red Bird's Eye Chili.

7. Curly Red Chili per Kg Rp43.6 thousand per kg (down 31.55%)
8. Fresh Broiler Chicken Meat per Kg Rp38.35 thousand per kg (down 4.01%)
9. Medium-sized Shallots per Kg Rp42.5 thousand per kg (up 0.47%)
10. Red Bird's Eye Chili per Kg Rp75 thousand per kg (down 8.81%)
