Complete List of Food Prices in South Sumatra Today, What's the Price of Onions? (Tuesday, January 23, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in South Sumatra today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (23/1/2024) at 10:24 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include bulk wheat flour, broiler chicken meat, dry soybean (import), medium rice, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), red chili peppers, shallots, and mackerel decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of curly red chilies surged the highest by Rp1,190 (2.48%) to Rp49,260 per kg. The price of mackerel decreased the most by Rp1,280 (3.83%) to Rp32,110 per kg.
