Today's Food Price List in Banten: Rice, Onion, and Salt Prices Drop (Sunday, April 7, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (7/4/2024) at 11:16 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 15 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are wheat flour (bulk), red chilies, red chili peppers, shallots, and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken, mackerel, iodized fine salt, medium rice, and chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili peppers saw the highest price increase of Rp11,160 (25.86%) to Rp54,310 per kg. Milkfish had the lowest price decrease of Rp3,370 (10.24%) to Rp29,550 per kg.
