The Price of Branded Packaged Cooking Oil in West Papua is the Highest Nationally (Thursday, March 3, 2022)

The National Strategic Food Price Information Center recorded the average daily price of branded packaged cooking oil (1 kg) in modern markets in several provinces at Rp 15,900 per kg, data as of Thursday, March 3, 2022. Overall, the average this week decreased compared to the previous week's average of Rp 16,750 per kg.

The daily price of branded packaged cooking oil (1 kg) in modern markets in West Papua was the most expensive in Indonesia, with a selling price of Rp 24,000 per kg. Compared to a month ago, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (1 kg) in this province is lower. Previously, it was recorded at Rp 25,250 per kg.

Meanwhile, in North Kalimantan's modern markets, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (1 kg) was sold at Rp 18,150 per kg, making it the second most expensive in the country.

Then, in third place, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (1 kg) in North Sulawesi was Rp 17,750 per kg, Bali Rp 17,100 per kg, and North Sumatra Rp 16,650 per kg.

Meanwhile, there are nine provinces with branded packaged cooking oil (1 kg) sales prices below the national average. The three provinces with the lowest selling prices of branded packaged cooking oil (1 kg) are West Kalimantan, Gorontalo, and Central Sulawesi.
