Lampung Food Prices on Monday (May 13th): Salt Up, Onions Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Monday (13/5/2024) at 15:49 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 10 commodities increased in price and 8 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include medium-grain rice, chicken eggs, bulk cooking oil, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and milkfish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, red chilies, dry soybeans (import), garlic bulbs, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt saw the highest price increase of Rp290 (1.97%) to Rp15,030 per kg. Shallots saw the lowest price decrease of Rp1,950 (3.97%) to Rp47,210 per kg.
